Wineries Visited in Southern Italy

Over the past seven years with the assistance of our friends Gaetano Petrillo of The Wine Bus, and Manuela Piancastelli and Peppe Mancini of Terre del Principe (who are in photo above with me and Roseann), we have visited 52 wineries in Southern Italy; several on more than one occasion; Terre del Principe six times, Le Vigne di Raito, Reale and Molettieri five times, and Perillo, Antonio Caggiano, Bambinuto and La Sibilla four times. We support small family run wineries that adhere to natural or  sustainable viticulture and/or are certified as organic or biodynamic. We have shared  wines from all the wineries visited with family and friends.

Here is the list, by region and province of wineries visited. The number in parenthesis equals number of times visited. The names of who we met with are included. Note in a separate post I will describe our plans for this year.
